This program is being broadcast over the Home Care Information Network using our state-of-the-art technology, which allows you to watch and listen to presenters while you view their slide presentation. You do not need any special software to view this program. Only Windows Media Player (version 9 or higher, or Microsoft Silverlight Player) and Internet Explorer (or other browser) are required. The program can also be accessed using a Mac with Silverlight Player. A high speed Internet connection (DSL or greater) is required to view the presentation. Once the viewer window opens it should take only a few seconds for the video to start streaming.
