TROUBLESHOOTING

Very few viewers experience problems accessing HEN programs. If for some reason the video and audio do not start or do not run smoothly on your computer, there are several steps you can take to correct the problem you may be experiencing.

·         If the video starts but does not run smoothly or the audio breaks up, you are most likely using an old version of Windows Media Player. You can upgrade for free by going to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download.

·         If you are using a pop-up blocker and can not access the video stream, please turn the blocker off.

·         If the video does not start at all, make certain that your network firewall permits access to video streamed content. If you have access to technical staff, please check with them.
